Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native) and backend integration.
- Certifications in UX, PMP, or Agile methodologies are a plus
- Experience with government digital platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor UI/UX designers and front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Define and implement UI/UX strategies that support product goals and enhance user satisfaction.
- Plan and execute design projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design efforts with business .
- Oversee wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and visual design for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on user behavior and analytics.
- Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms.
