Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents through phone, email, remote support, or onsite visits.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Monitor IT systems and ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and IT assets.
- Support network connectivity, Microsoft services, and security policies.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and IT projects.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
