Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, architects, product managers, business analysts, and QA testers.
Drive Agile transformation across teams, ensuring Scrum excellence and best practices.
Oversee multiple enterprise software programs, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Partner with sales and presales teams to support RFPs, solution presentations, and expand accounts through successful delivery.
Contribute to product management practices and act as a client advocate, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and leverage emerging technologies such as cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML.

Must Have

Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering (MBA preferred).
Certifications: CSM/PSM, CSPO required; SAFe Agilist/CBAP/PMI-PBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in software development with proven progression into leadership roles.
Strong track record leading large Agile programs with P&L responsibility.
Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks, cloud, and DevOps practices.
Expertise with tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Git, CI/CD.
A servant leader with strong business acumen, product thinking, and a customer-first mindset.
