Must Have
- Proven experience in sales coordination or similar administrative roles.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office; CRM systems experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the sales manager by managing schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating relevant information.
- Handle the processing of all orders with precision and timeliness.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
- Customer Follow-Up & Satisfaction
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Respond promptly to complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Monitor major customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Track and update all incoming leads in CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline status.
- Prepare and present reports on lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Communication & Problem-Solving
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to organize promotional materials and events.
- Monitor team progress, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.
- Compliance & Data Management
- Store and organize financial and non-financial data electronically.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
