Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing long-term relationships with Qsource clients & handling our partner client’s issues & complaints regarding our employees & service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related issues and matters concerning outsourcing and backup staff.
- Receive client new job vacancies or new posts requests with the data form sent from our side to the client and forward them accordingly to HR Recruiters to start the recruitment process.
- Conduct quarter business meetings with clients to discuss the operations running process.
- Set a periodically performance review plan to ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
- Reporting any monthly financials to direct manager affecting employee salaries, including new hires, resignations, deductions, overtime, and bonuses, as well as managing the bank account process.
- Receive & calculate monthly OS Overtime & sending it to direct Manager to be added in monthly sheet.
- Set & create a monthly plan of backup presence and allocation at the beginning of each month and report them to direct manager.
- Generate and distribute monthly pay slips via the ODO system to each site.
- Deal with IT Managers & employees with all daily updates or changes.
- Set regular meetings with the OS staff to discuss their attendance, commitment, attitude, personal or technical skills.
- Measure the customer & employees' satisfaction through the survey or our quarter meetings.

- Receive OS Overtime and review it and send to direct Manager.
- Conduct business meetings with clients to ensure client’s satisfaction.
