Main Client Delivery Engineer - 3050

Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Windows client environments.
- Perform Active Directory users administration.
- Classify problems and escalate to the concerned engineer when necessary.
- Deploy operating systems and software for computers & servers.
- Provide hardware support for computers & servers.
- Manage relationships between vendors/suppliers and bank users.
- Perform installation and maintenance for new sites.
- Convert old branches into BIONIC branches.
- Maintain camera systems and physical security solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network & security operations.
- Review and maintain DHCP scopes & DNS (reserving & releasing IPs).
- Handle computer accounts, locations, and descriptions. Manage and move users’ data when required.
- Handle and resolve queuing system issues.
- Handle and resolve screens & players problems.
- Support bank users and branches across Egypt.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Preferred universities: Cairo, Ain Shams, Helwan, AUC, BUE, GUC, CIC, MIU, AAST, …)
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in IT support / system administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support multiple sites when needed.
