Low Current Project Manager-6028
Responsibilities
- Own full project delivery across shared scopes:
- *Data Center infrastructure (structured cabling, UPS, ICT, power systems)
- *ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, FTTH)
- *Smart Technologies (Home Automation, IoT, Smart City solutions)
- Act as the single point of accountability for project success.
- Develop and track integrated project plans, ensuring alignment between all technical teams and vendors.
- Coordinate across stakeholders (client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers) to resolve dependencies and shared scope challenges.
- Review and approve designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of all systems.
- Manage budget, resources, and risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Drive collaboration across teams to ensure smooth delivery of multi-discipline scopes.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Communications/Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of project management experience in Data Center, ELV, or Smart Technology projects.
- Proven ability to manage multi-discipline / shared scope projects with diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of ICT, structured cabling, FTTH, CCTV, Access Control, and smart automation systems.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
