Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and peripheral devices.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- • Provide end-user support and guidance for technical challenges and system usage.
- • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
- • Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, permissions, and applications.
- • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for procedures, configurations, and system changes.
- • Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and resolve escalated issues.
- • Escalate unresolved technical problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- • Ensure timely response to service requests and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any related field
- 3 years of experience
- • Strong knowledge of hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- • Good understanding of operating systems (Windows or equivalent) and basic networking.
- • Proficiency in software installation and system configuration.
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
- • Team-oriented with good collaboration and time-management skills.
