Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
- Manage virtualization infrastructure, including virtual machines, clusters, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
- Configure and support DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Manage and monitor enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS, and DAS).
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, server, storage, and virtualization issues.
- Support backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery operations.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and implement security best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure infrastructure availability and performance.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Systems Engineering.
- Strong experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter administration.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with enterprise storage technologies (SAN/NAS).
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Huawei servers, storage, or virtualization solutions is a strong plus.
