Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site.
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security software.
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols, including antivirus, firewall, and access controls.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure that hardware and software licenses are up-to-date.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring secure access to company resources.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology upgrades and improvements.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network administration and security practices.
