IT Helpdesk engineer - 3036

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think

spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and set up laptops and devices for new users.
- Manage and resolve IT support requests efficiently using ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for users on-site.
- Install and configure systems including computers, printers, networks, and applications.
- Provide user support for daily technical issues such as login, email, and printer problems.

Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of IT Help Desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Microsoft 365
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Highly creative and autonomous
Nice to have
- Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with MDM solutions
- Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS)
- Previous experience in a multinational environment
