Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both in person and remotely, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or vendors, and following up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, and peripheral devices, ensuring optimal performance.
Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Perform regular system and software updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the security and stability of IT infrastructure
Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base or ticketing system

Must Have

1-2 Years of experience in IT Support Services and IT knowledge
Bachelor's degree from Computer science /Information Technology
CCNA, MCSA Knowledge
Operating Systems and IT Hardware support &troubleshooting
Good communication skills
Flexible with working hours
Professional personality and positive attitude
