Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end users across multiple departments and work environments.
  • Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Perform Windows OS configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Manage and administer Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, group policies, permissions).
  • Support basic networking tasks, including connectivity checks, IP configuration, and diagnosing network-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with users at different technical levels and ensure a positive support experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams while maintaining clear documentation.
  • Prepare technical reports, update knowledge base articles, and maintain proper documentation for all incidents.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 1-2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome with strong knowledge in IT field)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technical and software issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (users, passwords, permissions)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity).
  • Hardware & software troubleshooting skills.
