Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed)
- One Agent deployment and configuration across diverse platforms
- Active Gate installation, routing, and integration management
- Configuration of Management Zones, Tagging, Smartscape, and service topology
- Strong APM capabilities: service analysis, code-level insights, PurePaths
- Synthetic Monitoring (HTTP and Browser)
- Real User Monitoring (RUM)
- Custom metrics, events, and API integrations
- Dashboards & Analytics:
- Building Dynatrace Dashboards and Notebooks
- Creating and managing SLOs
- Experience with Business Analytics and Business Events
- Cloud & Container Monitoring:
- Dynatrace Operator and cloud-native monitoring
- Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift / AKS / EKS / GKE
- Log monitoring and Grail-based observability
- Automation & Extensions:
- Automation workflows
- Extension Framework (1.0 / 2.0)
- API scripting and REST-based integrations
- Incident & Alerting Management:
- Configuring alerting profiles, problem notifications, and integrations
- Experience connecting with tools such as PagerDuty, ServiceNow, OBM, SMAX, etc.
- General Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of networking, Linux/Windows, databases, and application stacks
Preferred Certifications:
- Dynatrace Associate
- Dynatrace Professional Admin
- Dynatrace Professional Implementer
