Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers, to define, design, and deliver robust and scalable software solutions using .NET Core.
- Lead the development and implementation of new features and enhancements for our existing .NET Core applications, ensuring high code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Take ownership of technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, code reviews, and technical growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending new tools and techniques to improve the development process and application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Possess the ability to quickly learn and work with low-code/no-code platforms, to create applications and workflows that streamline business processes.
- Work closely with citizen developers to enable them to create applications and automate processes using low-code/no-code platforms effectively.
- Ensure that the applications developed on low-code/no-code platforms meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing low-code/no-code solutions to meet changing business needs
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior .NET Core Developer with a track record of designing, developing, and deploying production-ready applications.
- Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework Core, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, and best practices in software development.
- Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn and work with low-code/no-code platforms for rapid application development.
- Previous experience with low-code/no-code platforms, such as Power Apps or OutSystems, is a plus.
