This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think

spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
- Handle backup and restore operations to ensure data availability and integrity.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking devices.
- Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations regularly.
Nice to have
- MCSA / MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate/Expert) – preferred.
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – is a plus.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ – is a plus.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum1 year of experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server Administration (2016/2019).
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Basic knowledge of network concepts (LAN/WAN, VLANs, TCP/IP).
- Familiar with backup solutions and system monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
