IT Technical Support Engineer - 3044

Responsibilities

Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, or remote tools.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
Provide remote and on-site support when required.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Deliver basic user training and guidance on IT tools and best practices.
Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Must Have

1–2 years of experience in IT Technical Support or Help Desk.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
Good knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
Familiar with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer) and ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, web services, and APIs is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tickets and work under pressure.
