Responsibilities

  • * First-line Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
  • * Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, software, and network connectivity.
  • * Remote Support: Provide remote support to users using remote desktop tools.
  • * Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • * User Training: Conduct training sessions on basic computer skills, software usage, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • * Incident Management: Log and track incidents, update status, and escalate issues as needed.
  • * Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of solutions and troubleshooting steps.
  • * Asset Management: Inventory and manage IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
