Responsibilities
- - Techno Functional Consults with respect to the functionality /practices of the Oracle HRMS application (EBS & Cloud).
- -Being involved in all the aspects of a Consulting Practice: strategy, objectives, plans, people, competencies, practice organization, Work structure,Absence Management,Fast Formula , Payroll, Self Services, OTL Time and labor)
- -Implement new functionality for Global HR, Payroll & self-service including: configuration changes, workflow related changes, personalization.
- - Fits the Business need to Oracle HRMS by studying the client organization, its business needs, its capabilities, its processes and other relevant factors to be taken into consideration for purposes of the project and/or its implementation.
- - Defines the processes on Oracle HRMS along with the implementation team and obtains the agreement of the users on the same
- - Conducts correct estimation / scoping of the project consulting / implementation activity where required.
- - Reviews functional documentation as provided by the Oracle Implementation Team for ensuring required functionality is met.
- - Ensures that deliverable documents are to the required standard and cover all aspects o the implementation.
- - Draws up impact analysis scenarios and illustrates cascading effects of project slippages.
- - Adapts old processes or redesigns new processes to Oracle HRMS.
- - Performs and/or ensures customization of application of applications to suit newly designed / re-engineered client business processes.
- - Implements control and monitoring philosophy and methodology as guided by the PMO.
- - Pursues and ensures productivity enhancements in the entire project and implementation.
- - Identifies resource requirements and narrows gaps based on the project requirements.
- - Monitors progress of the project within target dates and sends early warning signals of any anticipated project slippages / timely alerts.
- - Ensures Knowledge transfer and development of the Implementation team Members.
- - Undertakes user training as required.
- - Interacts with the technical team for the Customization Process.
- - Interacts with the Oracle Implementation Team for resolving any problems.
