Responsibilities
- Set up backup jobs for servers, databases, virtual machines, and endpoints.
- Configure backup schedules (daily, weekly, incremental, full).
- Ensure proper backup retention policies are applied.
- Optimize storage usage and manage archival processes.
- Manage and maintain backup hardware (tape libraries, disk storage, etc.) and software.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of experience in a similar IT support/help desk role.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- CCNA & MCSA is must.
