Client delivery Engineer-6024

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft Windows client.
Active Directory Users administrations.
Problem classification and escalation to the concerned engineer.
Computers & servers' OS/Software deployment
Computers & servers Hardware support
Handling relationship between Vendors/Supplier and Bank users
New sites installation and maintaining
Converting old branches to BIONIC branches.
Maintain camera and physical security systems
Fixed assets management.
Network & security monitoring and troubleshooting.
Reviewing & maintaining DHCP scopes & DNS. reserving, releasing IPs.
Handling Computers accounts, locations and description.
Handling and moving user's data.
Handle and solve queuing system problems.
Handle and solve screens & players problems.
Supporting users & branches for entire Egypt.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk role.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
