Backup Engineer - 3042

Responsibilities
- Install and configure software, hardware, and drivers.
- Maintain and repair IT equipment and systems.
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot system failures and provide effective solutions.
- Plan maintenance visits to identify and fix inefficiencies.
- Handle user support via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Install and troubleshoot Office 365.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ( preferably from GUC, BUC, AUC, FUE....).
- 0 to 6 months experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and hardware.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced IT environment.
