Responsibilities
- Develop and support AI applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and computer vision solution
- Integrate AI solutions with Oracle databases and ERP systems
- Implement NLP models for chatbots, intent detection, and information extraction
- Build and support computer vision models for image and video analysis
- Assist in training, testing, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models
- Develop and consume APIs to connect AI applications with ERP and backend systems
- Collaborate with data, ERP, and software teams to ensure seamless integration
- Monitor AI application performance and support continuous improvement
- Document AI solutions, integrations, and system workflows
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI / Machine Learning projects
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with NLP and chatbot development
- Basic to intermediate experience with computer vision (OpenCV, image classification, object detection)
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and ERP systems (Oracle ERP is a plus)
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems
- Knowledge of Agentforce (Salesforce agentic AI platform) is a plus
- Experience with LLMs and chatbot frameworks (LangChain, Rasa, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
